Daniel sits on the Board of Panterra.
Daniel has over 35 years of corporate law experience advising companies across a wide range of industries particularly in mergers and acquisitions. He co-founded Kerman & Co Solicitors in London in 1998 and acted as its managing partner and head of its corporate practice for over 20 years. He set up US law firm Clark Hill’s European office in Dublin in 2017 and was that office’s first managing partner.
Daniel is also a board member of Alliuris.net an alliance of international business lawyers.
