Proprietary Technology

The judgment is ours. The tools make it fast.

The questions we are asked — in disputes, crises and contested markets — are ones where being wrong is expensive and public. They demand evidence that is fast, structured and defensible, and a firm prepared to put its name behind the answer. These tools produce the evidence. The judgment, and the accountability, are ours.

What they are for

Every tool on this page does the same job: they raise the odds of being right at the moment the stakes are highest and the room for error is smallest.

They don't exist to produce insight in a vacuum. Each is an instrument for reaching a defensible position quickly, and for holding that position when it is tested afterwards.

The tools deliver speed. They do not deliver accountability — that remains ours. Every output is grounded in evidence, and in the proprietary data and methods these tools are built on. Where that evidence will not support an answer, the tool declines rather than inventing one. What it produces is then read, weighed and signed off by the people whose names are on the work.

What reaches our clients is not a model's best guess. It is a position this firm is prepared to defend: to a board, a counterparty, a court, a regulator, the media or the public. That is the difference between information you have to check and advice you can trust—and act on.

Stakeholder intelligence

Continuous intelligence monitoring

See it before it becomes a crisis.

A continuous read of conversations across traditional media and online — surfacing shifts, emerging narratives and hostile or misleading claims as they form, distilled into regular signal briefs rather than raw volume. The value is time: the earlier a threat becomes visible, the easier it is to address.

Pairs with message & audience pre-testing.

Message & audience pre-testing

Perfect your message before you go into the field.

Pressure-test messaging and research instruments against modelled audiences before they go live — revealing blind spots, criticisms and reactions you did not anticipate, and showing how the people who actually decide an outcome are likely to respond. A weak message caught here costs a revision. Caught in public, it costs the campaign.

Works alongside continuous monitoring.

Research data visualisation

See a problem before it becomes a crisis.

Turns survey and research data into a digestible picture — patterns, segments and movement presented visually rather than buried in tables. The point is clarity: clients need to take decisions quickly based on the full shape of the evidence rather than the one data point that happened to reach the room.

Crisis & issues-management framework

Method under pressure.

A structured, multi-level framework for triaging and managing fast-moving communications challenges, bringing consistency and discipline to decisions made under the most pressure and the least time. Best practices shouldn't be discarded at precisely the moment they matter most.

Built in-house. Not for sale.

These tools are developed in-house and made available only within a specific mandate. We do not sell them as software, and we do not license them to third parties.

That is deliberate. The tools are not built for distribution. They are built on the judgment that comes from client relationships and in-house expertise, proprietary data, and a firm willing to be accountable for the conclusion.
