Jen started in nonprofit development and fundraising, later advised associations and nonprofits on research and strategy, and went on to build Morning Consult’s nonprofit research practice. She understands the realities behind the work: limited time, competing priorities, donor and member expectations, and the pressure to turn research into something useful. At Panterra, Jen specialises in global policy, advocacy, communications, and reputation research for a range of mission-driven organisations.
