Josephine Soulard

Based in our Brussels office, Joséphine brings a strong background in international politics, risk analysis, and multilateral diplomacy.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Politics. Prior to joining Panterra, she gained experience at the OECD, worked as a researcher for a think tank with a focus on Central Asia, and as a research consultant for an advisory firm. Her previous work has focused on geopolitical trends, international cooperation, and global security.
