Prior to joining Panterra, Layla spent three years as a Research & Insights Analyst, contributing to federally-funded work on preventative health interventions and leading survey research and reporting workflows. She holds a B.A. in Psychological Science and is pursuing an M.S. in Applied Statistics & Data Science at UCLA.
